General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are the basis for any contract for services between Wellness Lounge and the Client.

Treatment :
The treatment by the masseur is based on the respective level of knowledge. Due to different doctrinal opinions on treatment methods, no liability is assumed.

Massage time / waiting time :
The massage time always includes the time for changing, making the appointment and billing. Massage time can be from 50 to 55 minutes for 60 minutes. In case of late arrival to an agreed appointment, the massage time will be shortened. Clients are requested to be on time in their own interest.

Appointments :
Appointments can be made on the premises, by e-mail or telephone. Appointment requests made by e-mail are not considered confirmed until Wellness Lounge has sent a confirmation e-mail. Late arrival at the agreed appointment may also be deducted from the treatment time in the interest of subsequent clients. No price reductions can be granted for a shortening of the treatment during the appointment as requested by the customer. Full treatment price as per booking is payable.

Appointment Cancellations :
Appointments that cannot be kept, must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of non-observance of the above mentioned deadlines, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. In case of unexcused non-appearance at an appointment, the appointment may be charged at 100% or a voucher may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by Massage Wellness Lounge :
If the massage cannot be performed for reasons for which Massage Wellness Lounge is responsible (e.g. illness of the masseur), Massage Wellness Lounge cannot be held liable for compensation. There is no right to the performance.

Vouchers :
The vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Liability of the customer :
If the customer causes damage to Massage Wellness Lounge equipment or utensils, the customer agrees to pay full compensation.

Confidentiality :
All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the masseur.

Privacy :
Transmitted health information is kept strictly confidential. Customer data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties.

Change of terms and conditions :
Massage Wellness Lounge reserves the right to change and amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply in each case.
